schedule Before Your Service
home

Close All Windows, Doors & Vents

Ensure all windows, doors, and vents are fully closed before we arrive to prevent water or chemical solution from entering your home.

directions_car

Move All Vehicles

Move all vehicles from the driveway and away from the work area before we arrive. This prevents overspray contact with your vehicle's finish.

pets

Secure All Pets Indoors

All pets must be kept inside during the entire service. Even eco-friendly cleaning solutions can irritate pets if contacted directly. Keep pets indoors until surfaces are fully dry.

outdoor_garden

Water Plants & Landscaping

Water your plants and landscaping thoroughly before we arrive. Our team will also pre-wet surrounding vegetation, but pre-watering adds important extra protection. Disclose any sensitive or edible gardens.

chair

Remove or Cover Outdoor Items

Remove or cover patio furniture, cushions, grills, potted plants, decorations, toys, doormats, rugs, electronics, speakers, and any loose or valuable items from the work area.

electrical_services

Secure Exterior Electrical & Outlets

Ensure outdoor outlets are covered and notify our team of any exterior electrical fixtures, cameras, or equipment so they can be avoided or carefully worked around.

water

Confirm Water Source Access

Ensure an outdoor water spigot (hose bib) is accessible and in working condition. Please confirm the water source location when booking. Gates must be unlocked before arrival.

pool

Disclose Pools, Ponds & Water Features

Disclose pools, spas, ponds, fountains, fish, aquatic life, and related equipment before service. Remove pool toys, floats, and furniture from the service area.

info

Disclose Any Known Property Conditions

Inform our team of any known defects, fragile surfaces, previous repairs, loose materials, cracked caulking, peeling paint, brittle screens, damaged vents, leaking windows or doors, or any areas that should not be cleaned. Discovery of pre-existing damage during cleaning is not damage caused by Bluecrest Pro Services.

Allow Surfaces to Dry Before Use

Allow treated surfaces to fully dry (typically 30–60 minutes) before walking on them or allowing foot traffic, especially on driveways, decks, pool areas, and sidewalks.

pets

Keep Pets Away Until Dry

Keep pets indoors until all surfaces have fully dried. Our solutions are biodegradable, but direct contact should be avoided until the work area is dry and safe.

Water Plants Again After Service

After our team has rinsed the area, water your plants and landscaping once more. For soft wash and roof cleaning services, water affected plants for 1–2 days after service when appropriate.

visibility

Results Fully Develop Within 1–3 Days

Some surfaces — especially roofs — may appear slightly different when wet. Algae, moss, and organic growth may lighten gradually with rain and weather rather than disappearing immediately. Full results develop as surfaces dry and cure.

no_photography

Do Not Re-Clean Treated Areas for 72 Hours

Do not apply additional water pressure, cleaning agents, or power wash treated surfaces for at least 72 hours. This allows chemical treatments to fully work and cure.

contact_support

Report Concerns Within 48 Hours

For pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and exterior cleaning services, report any concerns within 48 hours of service completion with photos and a description. We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect before any other contractor is hired.

Clear the Work Area (Interior)

Remove or cover furniture, electronics, artwork, rugs, and valuables from rooms being painted. Move items at least 3–4 feet from the walls. Remove switch plates and outlet covers if possible.

outdoor_garden

Trim & Move Plants (Exterior)

Trim back any shrubs or plants touching the exterior walls. Move potted plants away from the work area. Disclose any sensitive landscaping or garden features.

cleaning_services

Surfaces Must Be Clean & Dry

Exterior surfaces should be cleaned and fully dry before painting begins (ideally after our pressure washing service). Interior walls should be free of grease, moisture, and contamination.

air

Ensure Ventilation (Interior)

Ensure windows can be opened for adequate ventilation during and after interior painting. Good airflow is essential for proper drying, curing, and reducing fume buildup.

pets

Keep Children & Pets Away

Keep children and pets out of painting areas for the full duration of the project and until paint is fully cured (typically 24–48 hours for a full cure).

info

Disclose Known Property Conditions

Notify our team of known moisture issues, roof leaks, plumbing leaks, wood rot, failing prior coatings, mold, asbestos, or lead-based paint (especially in homes built before 1978). These conditions may affect scope or require specialist work.

Allow Full Cure Time

Paint is touch-dry in 1–2 hours but requires 24–48 hours for a full cure. Avoid scrubbing, washing, or heavy contact with freshly painted surfaces for at least 2 weeks.

air

Continue Ventilating (Interior)

Keep windows open and maintain airflow for 24–48 hours after interior painting is complete to allow fumes to dissipate and paint to cure properly.

water_drop

Protect from Rain & Sprinklers (Exterior)

Avoid irrigation or sprinkler contact with newly painted exterior surfaces for at least 24 hours. Rain within 2 hours of application may require touch-up. Sprinkler damage after service is not covered under warranty.

cleaning

Wait 30 Days Before Washing Painted Surfaces

Wait at least 30 days before washing painted walls or exterior surfaces with any cleaning agent. Use only a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap when cleaning is needed.

visibility

Color May Appear Different When Wet

Paint color appears darker while still wet. The true finish color is visible once fully dry. Lighting, surface texture, and surrounding colors also affect how paint appears. Touch-ups may appear slightly different from the surrounding area.

contact_support

Report Touch-Up Needs Within 7 Days

Inspect your paint job thoroughly within 7 days and report any areas needing touch-up with photos and a clear description. We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct before any other contractor is hired.

Window Cleaning Services

Applies to: Interior Window Cleaning, Exterior Window Cleaning, Glass & Mirror Cleaning

schedule Before Your Window Cleaning
clear_all

Clear Window Sills & Ledges

Remove all items from window sills, ledges, and nearby surfaces — including plants, decorations, blinds cords, candles, picture frames, and anything that may get wet or be in the way during cleaning.

blinds

Raise Blinds & Open Curtains

Open all curtains, drapes, and blinds prior to our arrival to allow full access to the glass surface. This speeds up the process and protects your window treatments from moisture.

chair

Move Furniture Away from Windows (Interior)

For interior window cleaning, move sofas, chairs, tables, and other furniture at least 2–3 feet away from the windows to allow our technician safe and full access to the glass.

outdoor_garden

Clear Plants & Obstacles (Exterior)

Move potted plants, outdoor furniture, hoses, and any items directly in front of or below exterior windows. Trim back bushes or shrubs that block window access where possible.

pets

Secure Pets During Service

Keep pets secured or in a separate area of the home during interior window cleaning. Pets near open windows or exterior work areas can cause distractions, accidents, or interfere with the technician's access.

info

Disclose Damaged, Fogged, or Sealed Glass

Please notify our team of any cracked, chipped, fogged (failed seals), or previously repaired glass before we begin. Cleaning cannot fix failed seals or internal fogging, and pre-existing damage is not the result of our service.

Avoid Sprinkler Contact for 24 Hours

Do not allow sprinkler or irrigation systems to hit freshly cleaned exterior windows for at least 24 hours. Hard water from sprinklers is one of the main causes of spots and mineral deposits returning after cleaning.

visibility

Small Streaks or Spots May Appear as Glass Dries

Allow windows to fully air dry before evaluating results. Minor water marks or streaks visible during drying typically disappear once the glass is completely dry. Evaluate results only after full drying.

close

Keep Windows Closed After Rain

Rain shortly after exterior cleaning is normal and generally does not leave spots if windows were properly cleaned. However, leaving windows open during or after rain can cause water to run down the interior glass and leave streaks.

do_not_touch

Avoid Touching Glass Immediately After Cleaning

Avoid touching the cleaned glass with bare hands, towels, or cleaning products immediately after service. Fingerprints and smudges are easily transferred to freshly cleaned glass before it fully dries.

info

Hard Water Stains & Mineral Deposits

Severe hard water staining, mineral deposits, and calcium buildup may require specialized restoration treatment that is separate from standard window cleaning. If stubborn deposits remain after cleaning, ask us about our hard water stain removal option.

contact_support

Report Concerns Within 48 Hours

Report any workmanship concerns within 48 hours of service completion with photos. We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct before any other action is taken.

Allow Cleaned Surfaces to Dry (If Applicable)

If maintenance included any rinsing, light washing, or wet cleaning, allow surfaces to dry fully before resuming normal foot traffic, replacing furniture, or allowing children and pets in the area.

Paver Sealing — Cure Time Required

If paver sealing was performed during your maintenance visit, avoid foot traffic for at least 4–6 hours and vehicle traffic for at least 24–48 hours. Keep the area dry for at least 24 hours after sealing. Protect sealed pavers from sprinklers during the cure period.
